If you would like to receive the Customer Appreciation Bonus rate, you must enter your 4-digit customer order number into the Affiliate Sign-Up Form below. Your 4-digit customer order number is emailed to you when you sign up for your 30-day free trial.
Receive payment on the 25th of every month via 1 of 3 payment methods (Direct deposit, PayPal or paper check). Select your payment method in the Affiliate Portal.
